1. About Kopf Logistics Group
Kopf Logistics Group is a trade name for a family of distinct, separately structured and operated corporations and limited liability companies, each of which provides unique services: Kopf Leasing, Inc., Kopf Logistics, LLC, and TSI Express, Inc. Each company separately contracts directly with customers, contract carriers, and vendors and performs only those services — whether brokerage or carriage of freight — permitted by its federal authority. In these Terms, “Kopf,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Kopf Logistics Group and these affiliated companies.

You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
